You got your camera with you. Great. You have your tripod along with the panoramic head next to you? Probably not. Unless you go for the architectural motive, using the right control points gets you quite far.
This panoramic image is composed from 4 individual pictures using a 24mm lens on full frame without the use of any panoramic head:
One row with three consecutive pictures and one to make sure the interesting part at the bottom isn't gone in the final cut:

- Introduction of the IVRPA board of directors and the officers of IVRPA
- Short summary about 2011
The IVRPA has a new Board of Directors with two new additions and a new set of officers working hard to make 2012 another successful year for the IVRPA.
Members of the IVRPA Board of Directors 2012:
The IVRPA will need a new treasurer as of January 1st, 2012.
Sandra Mexa has been our treasurer for two years now, and has done an amazing job of setting things in order. They were busy years, with two major conferences, the Photokina show/conference, the Palmela exhibitions, and the patent challenge special account. But now understandably Sandra needs to devote more time to her own business and family.
This year three seats on the IVRPA board of directors will be up for election. Those elected will serve two year terms.
To run for one of these seats log on to the IVRPA website and post your statement of candidacy on the members forum: http://ivrpa.org/forum/members.
Statements may be posted from November 17th, 2011 (Thursday), until November 30th, 2011 (Wednesday).
