I was born in Évora, Portugal, grown up between Pemba, Mozambique and Lisbon, Portugal.
My father introduced me to photography when I was a kid and that passion just grow with me so much that I decided to pursue my studies in the Portuguese Institute of Photography to become a photographer.

I am a Professional VR Photographer in Lisbon, Portugal providing my clients a full portfolio of 360° imaging services.

Currently, I want to shoot more images for my own pleasure than as my professional obligation, but of course I am always open to new experiences and learning/expanding skills is a never ending task that I happily pursue.

Part of this never ending task is to give back some of my VR Photography knowledge to the community and that's why I am currently member of the IVRPA Board of Directors.

Born in 1960 I wanted to become a photographer right after school in the early 80s.
But as things sometimes don't turn out as expected I first had to go through many years of studies, working in advertising agencies, multimedia startups, raising children and all that kind of stuff before I finally managed to get back to my roots.

The new lit fire took me straight into spherical panoramas and I am still enjoying this amazing technique. Luckily I was able to find some customers that support me to follow this line and bring panoramic photography to a new experience, especially in the field of computer simulations.

With my background in general marketing I also discovered a talent to help customers to bring things to the point. This is why I get invited to help companies develop the content for and appearance of their web pages, packagings and general advertising material.

Born in 1950 in Bremen Germany, Mecanical Engineer, Worked for a large german company in the construction of industrial plants all over the world. Now retired.

Hobby photographer.

First contact with QTVR 1997, first QTVRs in 1998 (QTVRAS) Since 2004 spherical panoramas.

I have studied on the Zaragoza University (technical engineer) and in Paris (computing)

- I work as multimedia developer and photographer since 1995.
- on 1998, with a friend, we created Abaco Digital and I have done a lot of projects of multimedia, web design and panoramic photography.
- I like to try the limits of the panoramic techniques and I'm specialized on making spherical photos on unusual conditions
- I practice some outdoor sports (mountain and road bike, backcountry ski, hiking...)
- I like to travel around the world and I have visited many countries on my holidays...

I'm a computer engineer by background. Started with photography as a hobby. Learned about VR way back in 1998, was hooked ever since. Gone into commercial VR production on January of 2006. Started writing articles for "VR Journalism" on January 2007. Travels around the country documenting tourist attractions, heritage and cultural sites, places of special interest, and plain odds and ends.

Sandra Mexa's picture

I was born in 1971 and grew up between my father's artistic drawings and paintings. Art always was a interesting subject for me and so was photography. Soon I got to use my father's old Pentax camera and found a way to learn more about photography.

I studied Economics and Management and got my Management Degree in 1994. By that time I decided to start a photography course where I met Carlos Chegado and a couple of years later we started a company: Olho de Peixe - Fish Eye, currently working in Photography among other businesses.
