Javier is an optician with a long career dedicated to audio visual imaging, he learned the trade of optics and photo development in a family business when he was a child. After performing his military service as a parachutist, he moved to the Canary Islands to direct the ophthalmic optics section of Carl Zeiss. His passion for aerial sports led him to obtain the title of commercial pilot, for commercial filming and forest fire fighting. After 9 years at Carl Zeiss, he became a teacher of Final Cut Pro from version 1.2 to version 7.3, with which he was able to perform DCP/3D. After the AVATAR effect, he set up his own 3D film production company, dedicated to making advertising spots for the exhibition before the 3D films. Since 2015 he has been dedicated exclusively to the study and research of omnidirectional stereocopy.
