Matthias Taugwalder Gigapixel Print on display at the Nidwalder Museum

This exhibition will feature a Gigapixel Print sized 2,5x24 meters from the Swiss Alps shot by Matthias Taugwalder about two months ago.
It is not every day that we see prints of this size and even less with Gigapixel resolution, this kind of images need a great deal of effort to be taken, more effort to process them and even some problems to print them in one go I should say from experience!!!

The exhibition "Highlights of Swiss Photography" will showcase the history of Photography in the Alps since early ages and will have on display very old and rare panoramic images that by itself are worth the trip.
Panoramic photography in the Alps has been around for more than 100 years and today the the torch is carried by Matthias Taugwalder.
