Please let me know your opinions, as its a very exiting project for me, and I'm looking for any ideas for samples of how this equipment can be used, how ever strange or wacky the ideas may be.
All the best

Bullet Time Photography
Submitted by Ian Wright on Tue, 2008-01-15 05:35.I am starting to come to the end of my testing stages, as I have found pretty much all the problems you could ever have with this rig, and those problems were/are EVERYTHING!!
Everything from camera alignment, focal length, focus, white balance, colour balance, camera level/tilt, rig positioning, plus a few other juicy ones involving extreme electronics. But after 6 months of trial and error, and hours upon hours of setting up and taking down, we have kind of got it perfect.
My New Site Design
Submitted by Ian Wright on Fri, 2007-04-06 17:12.http://www.newworlddesigns.co.uk/javascriptsample/qtvr.htm
I hate designing for myself, as i have no body to ask if its OK, or i cant use a brief provided by a client.
Has anybody any real comments on this site layout and idea, as i really have been staring at this all day, wondering what the hell I'm doing.
And trying to convert this into Joomla is going to be very fun, i will probably use the virtuemart shopping system as it has the
basic info
detailed info
review system
relevant other products
Which will just be added to the template in the "More Information >>" bits.
da8iwr to Ian Wright
Submitted by Ian Wright on Fri, 2007-04-06 03:57.When i was at Uni, i was assigned a user-name da8iwr which was
da = Design and Art
8 = 1998
iwr = Ian Wright
I kind of stuck with it for most websites and forums on the net, mainly as it is always available and I started to be known by it on many forums and was recognised by people from it.
Also my company at the beginning was a group of freelance people, so i found the work, and then distributed it between them, in an agency fashion. But over the years i have had my own projects and have become almost completely freelance working independently on my own projects.
Making your own turntable to take upto 3 tons or a few grams
Submitted by Ian Wright on Mon, 2007-02-19 13:31.I have been asked a few times about making an Object turntable and making it at a low cost budget.
I produced my turntable with a ford rear hub and a few bits of scrap metal, which can take motorbikes, people, Ive even had a car on it. But i also use it for mobile phones, SLR cameras, food products etc.
