Yes, the text is nice and clear, and the site is basically readable throughout. I didn't try out the galleries -- will do and report back.
The gallery at my own site seemed to work OK, mostly; I'm using LightWindow (stickmanlabs.com). When flipping the iPhone from portrait to landscape, the background resized OK, but the image stayed up near the top, forcing me to re-scroll the page to view the image. Also of note, the pop-up windows I use at my site worked fine.
