January 9, 2007 meeting of San Francisco Bay Area Panographers
The date for our next get-together is Tuesday, January 9 2007 at 7 PM.
To give busy Macworlders a break, I happily offer up my office space in Berkeley as a new venue. For those who came to John Greenleigh's before, I'm just a few blocks away -- San Pablo Avenue at Bancroft Way. I'm happy to shuttle those who may come by BART.
Presentations in January may include:
* Ian Wood via video conference from the UK -- sharing the ins, outs, and possible ouches of creating his own LEGO-based, software controlled panhead;
* Christian Fleury with a hands-on demonstration of some really nice Linhof panoramic gear.
Timeline:
6:30 - 7:30, socializing
7:30 - 9:00, pizza & presentations ("P & P")
8:30 - 10:00 or so, hands-on and/or further discussion
Location:
CheathamLane
2295 San Pablo Avenue
Berkeley, CA 94702

As always, the best part is meeting and conversing with a great and diverse group of VR shooters from all around the Bay!
If you can't make it in person, please email me your interest in joining via online video/audio chat (patrick@cheathamlane.net).
I look forward to seeing everyone!
