To remember or not to remember
I always wondered why I have to log me in every new day I visit the forum.
Today there was an open browser session with the IVRPA site and a message on the screen.
SECURITY ALERT!
You previously logged in to this site and checked the Remember me box. At that time, this site stored a "login cookie" on your web browser that it uses to identify you each time you return. However, the login cookie that your browser just provided is incorrect. One possible cause of this error is that your web browser cookies have been stolen and used by someone else to impersonate you at this site.
As a precaution, we logged out all of your current sessions and deactivated all your remembered logins to this site. You can log in again now.
How shall I rate this?

I do get the message sometimes as well (though not as frequently as "before"), so there seems to be a way that the system gets confused and *thinks* the cookies are stolen. In the longer run I will try to find out that way and see if it can be eliminated. But it is a good sign you are seeing this warning for the first time after all that time ;-)

I suspect that also the system just shows it occasionally. Probably not to discourage the coder, hehe.
In fact I care less for the message then the daily login procedure.
But never mind. There are more important things to do ;)

The whole idea of using that "Remember me" checkbox is that you should not have to log in again the next day. It works for me that way, but something you do (always the same people ;-) ) is confusing the website.
I'll add some (more) debugging code so I can hopefully deduce what happened the next time you get this message. But I need the site to be confused again, so please don't stop doing the things you were doing the way you were doing.
