http://os.ivrpa.org/panosalado and http://os.ivrpa.org/cuty are both giving "page not found" errors

I'm working round the clock to get the registration for the Tucson conference in order, and after that I will be restoring the panosalado and cuty projects. We'll probably be looking at an alternative to Trac.
