Hello I’m Matt,
I’m quite new in 360 world but I have a full understanding of the technique.
I’m a motion graphic designer with strong video background.
Recently I made some 360 tests with Cinema 4d.
I tested that using mettle skybox viewer and everything is working.
I injected 360 metadata and after uploading video on FB and YT, The video doesn’t working properly.
The websites recognize 360 tag and interpretate that as a 360 but something is wrong ;/

I solve problem with YouTube, Now i have problem only with FB.

I produced another video and issue is the same.
and video is playing on preview like on the included picture ;/
