Registration for Tucson 2010 is Now Open
Registration for Tucson 2010 - The International Panoramic Photography conference is now open. It is being handled through a special form on the IVRPA website, with payment through PayPal (you don't need a PayPal account, it takes credit cards).

Also note that the Tutorials link says "A $50 extra fee and advance registration are required for the tutorial day, or $75 if not attending the conference" which is different from the fees in the online registration.
When can we expect more details of the TBA sessions in the program?

Sorry about that. The tutorial day pricing on the Fees page is correct. The one cited on the Tutorials page should have been updated but was not (until now). It costs $125 by itself, or $100 if you are also attending the conference.
I hope to make an announcement about the tutorials very soon. We have three great instructors lined up for it - Pat Swovelin, Jook Leung, and Keith Martin. There will be a formal curriculum that will go through from A to Z, but also time for questions and personal hands-on instruction.

Will I be able to choose a tutorial or level or will they all cover all levels. Are there a limited number of places available at the conference?

Submitted by GDonaldBain on Tue, 2010-03-02 20:08.We made an emergency change to the registratin system at 4:30 am last night (my time). So I may not completely understand the way the new form works. But it looks to me as if you can register now and add tutorials later.
The tutorials team (Pat, Jook, Keith) are planning to address all levels flexibly, by covering the basics classroom style, then working with individuals at their particular level. The group size will be limited, but they haven't decided on the limit yet. If it grows too large for one-on-one attention we will add additional instructors -- there will be plenty of panoramic experts in Tucson that week!
We will have to cap the conference attendance at some level, so register soon to be sure you get in. It is a moderatley large hotel and we are the main event there that week, but each of the rooms we will use has a limit and we may reach it. We have a fall-back plan if they run out of hotel rooms, but book your room right away also to be safe.
