      Hi Zina,

We have allocated June 1 for the excursion, although as Tokyo is so large and full of places to go we are still deciding exactly how to handle this. But all four days of the conference (May 28-31) are dedicated to talks and workshops – so bring a fresh notebook!

      See you in Tokyo,
      Keith

Hi George, your membership will renew automatically each year at the same point that it was set up, until it is cancelled by you. So you SHOULD be fine. If you visit http://ivrpa.org/event/tokyo-2018/tickets/ you should see a note telling you that you are logged in as an IVRPA member. If not, look for the log in link in the top-right corner of the page and check again. Any further problems, please get in touch ASAP!

The above Tokyo 2018 link jumps straight to the page with the link to the ticket service (for those who are logged-in members) which is where the prices for early-bird and regular member tickets is shown, but it also has links to more details. This is distributed across a number of category tabs so you’ll need to click through to find the different sets of info – and the actual program and speakers lists are still being put together – but you should be able to find most of the necessary info right now.
