Nikon FC-E9
Does anyone know what happend to the Nikon FC-E9? There don't seem to be any available. Is there a replacement? I'm interested in 360 degree shperical panoramas for homes. Can anyone recomend a good camera/lens combination? - Thanks
Re: Nikon FC-E9
Chris, i purchased one a couple of months ago by searching google with "buy fc-e9 fisheye lens". There seems to be one here but it is an Aussie company. They are out there as Doug mentioned.

Re: Nikon FC-E9
Hi,
I have a complete set for sale: FC-E9, Nikon cp8400(with accessories), Agnos rotator. I live in B.C. Canada. If you are interested, let me know. I haven't posted them on ebay yet as i want to offer it to members of the IVRPA first. I have been a memeber for a year now.
My site is www.bcinfopage.com and www.realty360tour.com

The FC-E9 was discontinued when the Coolpix line of cameras moved from semi-professional to point & shoot. They did it when their digital SLRs dropped below $1000
They're fairly easy to find on eBay. Five have sold in the last 30 days between $200 and $350. They were $299 new.
Depending on were you're located, you mught check at you local Nikon dealers. They had to carry a certain amount of inventory and have ended up with a few left in stock.
I think iPIX (now a division of Minds Eye View) has an inventory of them. Call and see what they can do.
