Tripod Cover and Color & Light Questions
Submitted by Pixelbusters on Sun, 2007-11-11 19:50.
Hi guys,
I've just posted three vr scenes to gallery:
http://ivrpa.org/node/1794
http://ivrpa.org/node/1770
http://ivrpa.org/node/1795
I want to ask you for advice:
1. How do you remove the tripod from the bottom of the picture without using a logo cap?
2. How do you minimize color & light differences between shots which are to be stitched?
Thanks so much,
I appreciate any feedback!
Evelyn

Re: Tripod Cover and Color & Light Questions
Hey Evelyn,
What software are you using to stitch your pano together ? What gear are you using and what are the camera settings ...Your F stop should remain constant through out each shot, generally white balance should be anything other than auto. Most stitching software uses a blending to match up the subtle differences in light automatically.
To remove the tripod from the Bottom or "NADIR" shoot it handheld without the tripod there. Need a little more info on your rig to be a little more exact though :)
