Layering Flash

Holiday greetings all!

Does anyone know of a semi easy way to layer flash as seen in the award winning Tour Brazil here:
http://www.tourplans.com/en/tour/noronha/index_n.html Specifically I am trying to add flash video with a transparent alpha channel to a full screen flash tour.
