I was searching aorund the web and came across this virtual tour, and i was complelety amazed at how clear and shar p it looked, does anyone know how this was created. Thank You.

Its pretty hard to tell from the pano. Could be any number of setups.
Realviz stitcher, PT Gui, Panotools, in terms of software all have the ability to produce this quality of work. Most digital SLRs and many lower end cameras such as the Nikon Coolpix have good image quality and very sharp imagery in terms of hardware.
Biggest thing that will make a difference is shooting with a larger number of images that are stitched to make up the final pano. Lower res panos use only a couple of images, higher res imagery uses 20-30 images, and some such as Xres.com use as many as 300 images per pano for super high res work. So its a combination of software quality (stitching and for final output), camera quality, lens quality, and number of pictures used in each pano that makes a good sharp image.
