Is there a Windows alternative to Cubic Converter?

Hi everyone,
I use a Canon 400D camera, Tokina 10-17 lens (unshaven), Panosaurus head, PTgui v7.6, CS2, Immervision Pure Tools starter kit. A PC running on Windows XP.
I am experiencing a lot of problems with the Pure Tools software, I have uninstalled it and downloaded it several times, downloaded updates but still it keeps freezing. So now I have decided to use something else.I have seen a video using Cubic Converter,http://www.fromparis.com/html/technical_us_create_a_quicktime_vr_in_10mnts.php it looks really simple to use but obviously it is for mac. Can anyone recommend a Windows equivelent please.
I did look at Panocube, problem was without a gui I could not even get started with it.

Many thanks

arbie

Pano2VR is used by many PTGui users to convert Equirectangular Projections into Quicktime Cubic Panoramas

There's a Windows version
