photoshop help with nadir

Hi everyone,

Please can someone explain how I resize the nadir patch. I am using Photoshop CS2. I have watched the "From Paris video tutorial", (many times), but I just can't get it.
I have cropped the patch from the hand held shot, but it is too big.
How do I get it to appear in the dotted box with the adjustable handles to allow me to resize the patch?

Relax everyone I have done it. I will tell you how in case there is a simpler method.
Open the image, click Select, then All, click Edit, Transform, Scale. BINGO!
I am one happy bunny.
