What's up with totallyhip crew?

I have a mac intel and by one month i'm looking for the best authoring VR software to buy. It seems that Live Stage Pro is the only one for mac, there's anything else better you can suggest me? I'm trying to find something else just because it is impossible to communicate with totallyhip staff, before buy it I would like to try it as a demo but .... nothing is working right now nor the site nor the link to get the authorization. Can anybody help me?

LiveStage Pro is an application which allows you to create interactive QuickTime presentations (which might include QTVR).

If you are simply looking for software which lets you stitch images together to make panoramas, you might look at PTGui, AutoPano, or a whole host of other software packages. A pretty good listing is here on this site at: http://ivrpa.org/vr/links

If you are looking for software which lets you create interactive VR presentations, see the above link as well. :) There are now several "viewers" to choose from which are Flash based. I use Flash Panorama Player currently, but can also recommend krpano. A site (which I manage) with links to all the various Flash viewers is http://flashpanos.com .

If you are going to create QTVR you can check out Pano2QTVR, which is from the maker of Pano2VR.

I'm not looking for some stitching app cause I'm using Stitcher Unlimited from REalViz but i'm looking for something that give me the possibility to customize the screening window adding maps, decide the arrows shape and the movement between the different nodes. Now I'm going to take a look at the link you kindly suggest me but I still don't understand why a company like totallyhip is so careless of their potential new customers ... it's incredible.
