Each person photographed is portraying a person in American history except the man in the middle wearing the derby (Winston Churchill). They are participating in an event entitled "High Plains Chautauqua" in which actors portray historical figures. Character portrays are, from left, photographer Maragaret Bourke-White,World War II correspondent Ernie Pyle, boxer Joe Louis,British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, educator and social activist Mary McLeod Bethune, singer Woodie Guthrie,President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt.
The characters are standing in a circle around me at a 45 degree angle to each other.
I would like to submit the panorama for consideration in the Photokina exhibit
