Terms and Conditions or Licensing

How or what terms of use does everyone give to home builders using a tour of a model home.
One year with a renewal fee? Do you link this on your site to control any usage?
Unlimited for life of property?

How best to balance exposure inside to outside

Howdy. Been a photographer for years. Now I'm getting going in VR.

The biggest obstacle I've encountered so far is balancing both color and exposure when shooting interiors with windows in the scene.

What are the preferred methods for overcoming this? Do you just not worry about it, and let the windows blow out and/or go blue?

Do you shoot two exposures, then combine them in photoshop? Even doing that only really compensates for the exposure, not for the difference in color temp between tungsten/daylight.

Do you shoot at night, dusk or on cloudy days to minimize the problem?

Questions on P5100 and FC-E8 combination with 360 percision

I like the Combination of the Nikon P5100 and Fc-E8 with a the 360 Precision pano head that goes with it. I am new to the VR Business.

QUESTION 1
Can anyone show me some Virtual tours that were done with this combination. And please let me know what software was used.

QUESTION 2
I find that the pano head from 360 Percision to be Expensive is there any other pano head i can use with the Nikon p5100 and FC-E8 Combination that is a little cheaper and get good full 360 X 360 Tours.

Question 3
Can the P5100 by 360precision actually give me full 360 X 360 Tours.

LEARNING TOURWEAVER

I am a freelance photographer in Frisco, Colorado who is trying to teach himself Tourweaver to compliment my photography business (see www.bobwinsett.com). I am either very dense or just need a jumpstart as to how Tourweaver works. Regardless, I am spending a lot of time getting nowhere. Is there anyone in the Denver area who would be willing to spend a couple of hours at $75/hr to teach me how this software works?

Thanks,

Step down ring for FC-E8 on Nikon P5100

I have a brand new Nikon p5100 and an FC-E8 fisheye. What step down ring suits this? I'm guessing the UR-E12, my local Henry's camera guy in St. Catharines, Ontario just shrugged his shoulders.
Thanks so much,

Clay

Using a Peleng fisheye indoors and distance settings

I do very little panoramic photography indoors, none commercial, but this particular forum seems the best to ask this very novice question:

How to get more business -

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and read a whole lot and I think this topic may get some attention.

I started shooting VR Tours in 2003 with a Nikon Coolpix 5700 ( i think ) and a fisheye lens. It was OK quality and it did the job at the time. In 2006 I had to replace the camera and currently I shoot with Casio EXP-700 and a fisheye lens that was provided from IPIX. With that said, here is my latest tour. http://www.vrguild.net/tour/199762
