I tried to setup as a VR service only and it wasn’t enough for agents selling real estate. They wanted photos and staging and cleaning.
There’s lot of business out there for sure but getting started is the hard part sadly. If you want to grow quickly the best thing you can do is lots of free work to get your work out into the world for other to see and share and give word of mouth.
I’m about to start a new campaign going door to door for business and the first three places I’m going to do for free. The fourth I’m going to ask for $40, the fifth I’m going to ask for $60 and keep going up until people’s faces curl at the price.
