3dvista, stuck on "Creating thumbnail 1 of 1"

Hello, I’m trying to get into virtual tour.
I downloaded the 3dvista demo version and just tried to put some hotspots on a panorama.

When I try to preview or publish, the software is stuck at “creating thumbnail 1 of 1”. Anyone has any idea about why it doesnt work ? I tried waiting for almost 1 hour but nothing changed.

i dont know anyone who uses 3dvista, you can try reporting this bug or request support on their website

otherwise, i would recommend trying either pano2vr or panotour, both are widely used by our members and are well supported by the developers and have a large community of helpful users
