Hi Jake,

You can use OmniVirt’s VR Player to host your tour.
1) Sign up for an account
2) Upload your 360 photos (or videos)
3) Add interactive hotspot for where you’d like the tour to navigate next
4) Embed on your website

If it’s not for commercial use, it’s free!

there is a app called THEASYS. This app has helped me a lot in making 360 virtual tours..
u can create it by using panoramic images shot with any 360° consumer cameras or professional equipment, users can create awesome virtual videos and the main thing is that it’s free
