I been charged a new membership without my permission using my paypal. Please refund the money back.
I emailed last week email@example.com no reply.

you are in full control of all your payments through your Paypal account.
Your request was received and forwarded to our treasurer, please allow it a couple of days to be processed.

I payed once using paypal with Visa. I made sure there is no tick saying auto membership forever. Its illegal to keep charging a member without his permission. I never received any email that I gone be charged again. I don’t want to be part of this group, it have done no benefit for my business.

if you read the agreement with paypal you checked you would see it does clearly state that the charge for membership is a recurring payment, and as such must be canceled by you if you to not wish to subscribe to IVRPA membership, this is also indicated clearly on our join page as well as a link to unsubscribe easily on your own as is all required by paypal rules and the law
if you missed this somehow or some paypal glitch etc, dont worry, we will cancel your membership and refund your payment no problem

the IVRPA website is certainly in compliance with all paypal and other payment systems rules and applicable laws
GDPR (EU laws you mentioned) are about data privacy which is nothing to do with paypal or any other payment systems

and do note that your payments are through the paypal site and not directly on IVRPA site itself so please check with paypal to confirm your original agreement and terms concerning notifications etc with them

Your website is misleading passing the fault to Pay Pal. I only played once for 1 year Membership. I had no idea that your website sign me for a long term agreement. It’s a principle issue I will do whatever it takes to get back this refune that it was not authorised to take out of my pay pal account. what is your problem

i am just trying to help expedite your refund, no reason to be offended
and there is no problem here, you will be getting your refund as was said a few times already
but i am the webmaster and not the treasurer so i cannot issue it personally, i have no access to ivrpa paypal account, and our treasurer is on the road and will do this as soon as he is back, which should be a few days as was stated above several times

Reimbursed using paypal yesterday. But again we all volunteer here, and there is many ways to cancel your subscription as stated before.
