Cube face to equirectangular problem

I have a 360º tour at this link: http://www.naipp.com.br/360/tour.html. Recently some environments of this tour have changed, so I need to replace some parts of the tour. The problem is that I no longer have the equirectangular images of this tour. So I downloaded the faces of the cube and using pano2vr, ptgui, etc. I turned into equiretangular, but the stitching of the new image generated was not good, like the same images executed in the link with the tour. How can this happen? What should I do? thank you.
