The instructions for publishing 360 panos via the Google Street View app do not work for me https://support.google.com/maps/answer/7011737?hl=en&ref_topic=6275604
Under the Private tab there is not option to tap “Select”. I have the latest version of the app. I was hoping to be able to upload a pano saved to my Google Drive directly from the app. A simple requirement not provided from the mighty Google.
