neophyte in 360 video

I’m new in 360 video : i shot a spherical video with a panoview 360 degree action cam but i’m not able to let facebook or youtube upload it as a VR video where you can chose the view , it remains spherical, someone can help me? thanks

do you mean this camera ? this is not a true spherical camera, the single fisheye lens only captures a bit more than half sphere so it would need some sort of software presumably provide by the manufacturer to use as 360 video

if your camera has 2 or more fisheye lenses like ricoh theta, you would need to use software provided by manufacturer to stitch the video on desktop or mobile and they should also provide instructions for youtube etc
