and make it so paid members can submit new events. not just exclusive ivrpa sponsored events. anything related that may be of interest to pano photo guys.

paid IVRPA members and sponsors can post news and info about thier projects and events in the forums or as news post, but we do NOT want people posting every general interest photo contest or event etc that comes along, so some posts deemed overly spammy might be moderated
