do you mean 360 degree panoramic camera or 3D stereoscopic or 3D photogrammetric camera ?
in any case, $100 will not get you very much if anything at all, if your goal is to create 360° panoramas on the cheap, install the street view app in your mobile phone and use that, not as convenient as a one shot 360° camera but it will work
