I’m a software developer by trade, not a photography professional – so have a strong bias for free options.

For panorama stitching and transformations, I like ICE, Hugin and Panotools.

Since they’re a bit fiddly to install and configure, I put together a quick start guide here

Hi Leo,

You need to inject metadata into your VR panoramas before Facebook will recognize them and enable the 360 photo experience.
