Ricoh Theta logo on output file ?

Can any one know wht theta puts the logo on the output file ? We are buying theta camera and i dont understand why they need to put the Logo in our images and that looks bad on our personal websites.

Any known sources or SDK to remove them?

if you have seen a logo on a theta pano, it must have been put there by another app, not the theta camera or theta app

I do understand Theta not putting the Logo on the Image if we upload in Theta’s website, but if you create your own website and use your theta images the output pano file comes with Theta logo.

You indeed must be living in a World Beyond Reality. There are thousands of Theta users and I haven’t heard from a single one that there are any logos in the output. I also can’t find logos in any Of my own Theta images since the first version.

Please explain how you got this impression and what you are doing to retrieve your images.

Thanks for your message , i am talking about the Logo that appears after your upload the image in Theta website and then you try to embed in your personal website.

After your embed in your personal website the Pano view shows the logo of theta.

So you are using a company’s free service and complain about them implementing a logo?!
I’m sure the same will happen if you use other free services like 360cities, Roundme or Littlestar – to name just a few – and I’d say that’s only fair, no?

If you can’t live with such advertising you still have the choice to run your own viewer on your own webspace.

Roundme, Google street view, Cities …they all free service providers. Roundme and Citi360 is not selling any Camera. Theta is selling camera and they need to enable some viewer for the theta owners without their logo. I guess this is fair !

theta website embed with overlay logo and theta camera output file with logo are 2 totally different things :)

solution: host your own panoramas using pano2vr, krpano, kolor panotour, marzipano, etc
